August 4: Collective Designers Fashion Show - 5pm - 11pm
August 5: Kids Fashion Show, Maternity Fashion Show and My Kid and I on the Runway Show - 2pm - 7pm

Please read the following information in order to successfully fill out and submit this application.
1.) You will need 5 photo examples of your previous design work and/or 3 photos of the collection
you wish to show during the week of Connecting Fashion Worlds 2012 event.
2.) You must read over event dates and deadlines to make sure that you or a representative will be
available to fulfill all fashion week duties.
3.) There is a $450.00 fee that covers your submission, classes and participation in Connecting
