ANOTHER HOUSTON SANGER...
In a past blog entry I mentioned that velvet is a TOUCHY SUBJECT fabric for both men and women. Fall/Winter 2010 velvet will supposely be THE CHOSEN fabric! I think Houston native Kelly Rowland pulled the look off just right...
