THAT HOUSTON MOOD SWING....

HOUSTON WEATHER...bipolar, funny acting, moody, multiple personalities...and that just describes a day and half. Some days the weather, here, will have your mind on Spring and then it'll end being 34 degrees! I'm trying my best to keep all personalities satisfied right now...
