THAT CHIC FROM HOUSTON...

Came across this haute photo of Solange from 2008...or was it 2009 when she cut the hair off again? Either way, I've seen the American Apparel disco style pants worn all KINDA ways...but none were put out like I'd style them...well not until I saw Solange in them! This photo is so on point I had to post it just for the heck of it...
